About Anthony & Jess Zavaglia

Established in 1948 by Tony’s grandfather as a local lawn and landscape maintenance company, Anthony Zavaglia Inc. has been serving Westchester County for over 70 years and is committed to delivering the finest possible workmanship together with cost-effective landscaping solutions.  A family owned and operated organization, we give individualized care to every job, large or small.  Our company offers all types of landscaping services for your commercial and residential property.

 

Our company takes pride in our long history of serving residential and commercial developers, general contractors, property management companies, commercial property owners and landscape architects.

 

In addition, we are proud to also work on projects together with Zavaglia Associates , a local professional landscape design firm run by Tony’s wife, Jess Zavaglia.

 

Zavaglia Associates approaches all their projects with a mindset of thoughtful investment in design and a focus on sustainability.  Their goal is to bring out the inherent beauty of a property to ensure there’s a consistency and flow between the interior and exterior spaces of client’s homes, all while meeting their needs, aesthetic, and budget expectations. 

 

Jess brings to the table her skills as a landscape designer certified by the New York Botanical Garden.  Her exceptional work has won her Westchester Magazine’s Best of Westchester award for Landscape Design for 2020 and 2021 and has been showcased in various publications.  Not limiting herself to just design work,  for the past 3 years, Jess also continues to give back and share her industry experience with future designers as she continues to teach for the New York Botanical Garden.

 

As a Design & Build team, Zavaglia Associates and Anthony Zavaglia Inc. are able to fine-tune this process from conception to completion - as a Husband and Wife Team, they completely appreciate that cooperation, coordination and communication is the key!
